Is the free tier really free forever?
Yes. The Starter tier is free with no time limit. It's designed for individual programmes with up to 50 trainees.
What happens if I exceed 50 trainees?
We'll let you know and help you move to the Deanery Licence. Nothing breaks — you just won't be able to add new trainees until you upgrade.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your data is always preserved.
What support is included?
Starter includes email support. Deanery Licence includes a dedicated account contact with priority response times.
Where is my data stored?
All data is hosted on servers in the EU, encrypted in transit. Each organisation's data is fully isolated.
